Products
We sell sarees and handcrafted items. While product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible, slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products or screen display settings. Such variations are not considered defects.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in INR. Payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details. Swaloka reserves the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.
Orders
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. In rare cases of stock unavailability, pricing error, or technical issues, Swaloka reserves the right to cancel an order. Any payments received for such cancelled orders will be refunded.

Amendments to Terms
Swaloka reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of such amendments.
User Responsibility
If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Any order placed using your credentials will be treated as valid and binding.
Missed Delivery
Our logistics partners attempt delivery up to three times. If the order is not accepted or collected, it will be returned to us. Re-shipment can be arranged at your request, with an additional charge of ₹250. For Cash-on-Delivery orders, re-shipment will be processed only after full advance payment (including shipping charges) is made online.
Liability
Swaloka is not liable for delays, damages, or loss caused by courier partners, unforeseen events, or circumstances beyond our control. We are also not responsible for any misuse of products after delivery.
