At Swaloka, every saree and handcrafted product is carefully curated and quality-checked before dispatch. We value our customers and want you to have a satisfying shopping experience. However, since our products are handcrafted and delicate, we follow a strict return and exchange policy as outlined below.
Exchange Policy
- You may request an exchange within 2 days of receiving your saree, provided the saree is in the same condition as delivered — unused, unwashed, unaltered, neatly packed, and with all original tags and covers intact.
- We do not have a pick-up facility. Customers must arrange and bear the cost of return shipping for exchanges.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the same product is not available, we will offer a suitable alternative.
Return Policy
- Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or defective products.
- To qualify for a return, customers must provide a complete, unedited opening video of the parcel (from seal opening till product check) as proof. Without this video, returns will not be processed.
- Returns must be requested within 2 days of delivery by writing to us at support@swaloka.com.
- Once the return is approved and the product is received in original condition, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for safely shipping the product back to us using a reliable courier service with tracking. Swaloka is not liable for any loss or damage during return transit.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
- Sarees that have been worn, washed, altered, or used.
- Items purchased during clearance sales, festive offers, or special discounts.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Handcrafted Products: This saree is handblock printed. Minor irregularities or slight printing variations are a natural outcome of the handcrafted process, affirming the unique, artisanal quality of your piece — these are not defects.
➝ Exchange or return is not accepted for such products due to their handcrafted nature and inherent variations. Please appreciate the uniqueness of this artisan item.
